Ever since she has checked in at the Cirque Lodge rehab clinic at the beginning of August, Lindsay has been acting as a diva who believes rules have nothing to do with her. A source claims that Lindsay was summoned into the clinic`s head office on August 15 to be examined for drugs. When asked to do a drug test, Lindsay refused, screaming and cursing at the doctor, after which she rushed out of the office, full of rage. She was told that if she cannot adjust to the programme, she has to leave.

Even though her spokesperson denies the story, the source said Lindsay has broken other rules as well, including leaving the property without supervision. Another source confirms Lindsay has snuck out on the second night already, leaving the clinic with an older man, whim she met at group therapy.

-The actress is not trying and not working on getting better- the source reveals. -She is late for meetings and just sits there, flipping through the papers. Recently, she did not even show up for group therapy – the source adds.

Lindsay uses her mobile phone, which is banned, and she also demands a special treatment. This expensive rehabilitation centre costs about 30,000 dollars per month, expects patients to make an effort and come to group counselling as well as individual sessions with the doctors, psychiatrists and other medical experts. When she was told what her daily schedule looks like, Lindsay was snappy: “Fu.. this! I don`t think so!”.

The source says that the staff really tries while Lindsay would not move a finger. She also refuses to eat so she throws the plates into the bin when the cook refuses to make what she wants.

A famous snitch who reveals this information to the media says Lindsay was caught having sex in the clinic`s bathroom, with a young man who was also in rehab.
